2011 should be good in Titan-town

I was glad to hear last Friday that Tennessee Titans owner Bud Adams has decided to keep Jeff Fisher under contract until it expires at the end of the upcoming season. I think it was the right decision. Sometimes I don’t agree with some of the decisions he has made, but overall, he has proven he can motivate his players and produce wins.

The Vince Young drama aside, Fisher will now be able to focus on the whole team and not worry about someone who cannot act his age. Finding the replacement for Young shouldn’t be a terribly hard thing to do, and once the new quarterback joins the team it will be business as usual.

Fisher knows that both Adams and the fans are eager to see an AFC Championship and Super title come to Nashville. That is his focus as the team prepares to research draft picks for the upcoming season. I wish him luck.
